Objective

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to share his great design abilities and knowledge in the Interactive multimedia world..

The energetic individual will take part of the design concept and run with it. Would involve working with the Creative Director in developing graphics and layouts to scope a particular project.

 Strengths

• Excellent sense of design.
• Ability to work hours on end and through repetitive tasks of content population and image manipulation (not often, but it happens for some projects).
• Exceptional experience in applying graphic design principles to produce innovative and tastefully created projects for Interactive Web, CD/DVD ROM’s.
• Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities, time pressures and fast pace environment.
• Ability to communicate ideas well and take direction.
• Strong knowledge of CS3 software.
• Positive attitude, ability to work within strict deadlines.
• Understanding of printing processes with Illustration skills. definitely is an asset.

Experience

• Good knowledge in design, layout, illustration, typography, photography, and production process.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem solving skills; must have the ability to come up with creative solutions to improve our client’s business and grow our client’s brand.
• Strong background in print, outdoor, web and direct mail, which are the dominant media that will be used.
• A flexible team player, reliable, ready, willing and able to “go the extra mile”
• Strong visualization skills, super enthusiastic.

Software Expertise
Adobe CS3:  Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash,   After Effects,   Dreamweaver,  Premiere, Sound Forge/cool Edit, HTML, CSS, PHP, Microsoft Office, FTP Client Software, knowledge of Adobe Director and/or DPS velocity will be definitely an asset.

The Successful Candidate:

- Must have a college degree or equivalent, some technical and practical training in the audio-visual, multimedia, post production area.

- Must be a self-starter

- Must demonstrate determination, enthusiasm and be persuasive.

- Should demonstrate creative thinking and have an ability to visualize the client's needs and deliver a posible solution.
